# Expert tips:

01 -
  • The contrast between warm, crispy flatbread and cool, crisp lettuce hits every texture craving in one bite
  • It comes together faster than ordering takeout but tastes like something from a proper restaurant
02 -
  • Let the flatbread cool for just a minute after baking so the cheese firms up slightly and the lettuce does not wilt immediately
  • The key is slicing the chicken very thin so you get some in every bite instead of having to saw through thick pieces
03 -
  • Brush the flatbread with garlic butter before adding cheese for an extra flavor layer that people will notice but not quite identify
  • Warm your Caesar dressing slightly before tossing with the lettuce so it coats everything more evenly and clings better
