04 - Divide the mousse evenly among four serving glasses or bowls, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the mousse to set properly and flavors to meld together.
06 - Before serving, top each mousse with fresh berries, chopped nuts if using, and a mint leaf for presentation.

# Expert tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally fifteen minutes but tastes like something from a fancy French patisserie
  • The texture is impossibly silky and rich while being completely guilt-free
02 -
  • If you can still taste avocado, blend longer and maybe add a touch more sweetener or cocoa powder
  • The chilling time transforms the texture from fluffy to mousse-like, so do not skip it
03 -
  • Room temperature avocados blend into a much smoother mousse than cold ones
  • Investing in good quality dark chocolate makes a massive difference in the final taste
