Crispy golden pastry rolls filled with creamy feta and fresh herbs, topped with a sweet and spicy chili honey glaze.

# What you need:

→ Feta Rolls Filling

01 - 7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
04 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon zest
06 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
07 - 6 sheets filo pastry
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for brushing

→ Chili Honey Drizzle

09 - 3 tbsp honey
10 - 1-2 tsp chili flakes, to taste
11 - 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

# How to make it:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine feta, cream cheese, parsley, dill, lemon zest, and pepper in medium bowl. Mix until fairly smooth with small feta chunks remaining.
03 - Place one filo sheet on clean surface, brush lightly with olive oil. Add second sheet, brush again. Repeat to create stack of three sheets. Cut stack in half lengthwise to form two long strips.
04 - Place 2 tbsp cheese mixture near one end of each strip. Fold sides over filling, roll tightly like spring roll.
05 - Repeat with remaining filo and filling to make 12 rolls total. Place seam-side down on baking sheet, brush tops with olive oil.
06 - Bake 16-18 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Combine honey and chili flakes in small saucepan over low heat. Warm gently 2-3 minutes, stir in lemon juice. Remove from heat.
08 - Drizzle warm chili honey over baked rolls. Serve immediately.

# Expert tips:

01 -
  • These come together in under 40 minutes but look like you spent hours preparing something special
  • The combination of salty feta and sweet spicy honey hits every craving at once
02 -
  • Filo pastry dries out incredibly fast, so keep the sheets you aren't using covered with a slightly damp towel
  • The rolls are best served immediately because they lose their signature crispness as they sit
03 -
  • Sesame seeds sprinkled on top before baking add a wonderful nutty crunch and make them look even more impressive
  • If you're serving these at a party, keep them warm in a 150°F oven and drizzle with honey just before serving
